Highways England have started a public consultation on building a completely new 10-mile section of dual carriageway between the Caxton Gibbet roundabout near Cambourne and the Black Cat roundabout south of St Neots. We are currently preparing a detailed response on behalf of CTC Cambridge. Please help us to polish our proposals. Inevitably this new road will have a big impact on cycle journeys in the area and we believe that a series of important cycle-related improvements are needed to mitigate this impact.
