A classic all-day summer ride into the Fens to visit Welney.

Goes out along the towpath to Waterbeach then heads via Cottenham and Wilburton to Ely for coffee. Continues further north along the river - with a little step into Norfolk - before turnng west to Welney for lunch. Returns via Ely to Wicken for tea creating a "figure-of-8" route on the map.
