Lavenham, (Co-op, café, or bring your own)
Lavenham is a beautiful historic village, very popular with tourists.
There are benches in the Market Place, in front of the Guildhall, which provide a good place to eat a picnic lunch. Sandwiches can usually be bought at the Co-op in the High Street. Alternatively there are a number of cafes nearby, including in the Guildhall (National Trust).
We have visited here in the past, but not within the last five years. Our last visit was on Sunday 22 Sept 2019.
