SearchLen Nice Award 2023: nominations now open

The Len Nice Trophy is awarded every year in recognition of exceptional service to the club by an individual member. It was awarded every year from 1946 until 2019, but due to the pandemic it hasn't been awarded for the last three years.
We would like to invite nominations for this award. There was a call for nominations earlier this year and those nominations are still valid, but we would like to reopen the nomination process to involve as many members as possible.
Any club member can make a nomination. Nominations should be no more than 125 words, explaining briefly why the nominee should be considered for the award. Please send your nominations to the club secretary, John Seton (secretary@ctccambridge.org.uk), by midnight on Tuesday 21st November.
The nominations received will be announced on Monday 27th November, and there will then be a 2-week window for members to vote, closing on Monday 11th December. The winner will be announced at the Club Christmas Lunch on Thursday 14th December.
As well as the honour of their name on the trophy, the winner will receive a £50 voucher for a cycling retailer.
